Empowering Staff Growth
We prioritize staff well-being through eight-week small group discussions on financial stability, professional growth, and self-care. Each participant receives a personalized action plan with real support—a gym membership, gas cards, or other resources—to help them thrive.
We are constantly finding new ways to update our workspace to create a welcoming and professional environment for our team. Thanks to staff feedback and community support, we have designed dedicated spaces to rest, recharge, and collaborate, ensuring our staff has the supportive atmosphere they need to thrive.
​Through data-driven professional development, WINGS CARES provides tailored incentives, retreats, and wellness initiatives. By continuously investing in our team, we enhance staff success and the quality of education and care we provide our students.

As a first-year university student, the expenses of books, tuition, and commuting can be overwhelming. Receiving support from WINGS CARES allowed me to purchase the materials necessary for my degree, ensuring I could stay focused on my studies and my assignments. This aid provides students like me with the motivation to keep pushing forward, and it has inspired me to one day pay that kindness forward to others.

This support comes at a crucial time and significantly eases the financial burden on my shoulders. It allows me to dedicate more energy to our students at WINGS, allowing me to focus on their growth and development rather than financial stress.
